About the Role

Responsibilities
- Promote specialty pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain relationships with key medical decision-makers
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits to physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff
- Deliver accurate, compliant product information and clinical data
- Execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product adoption
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market initiatives
- Attend regional sales meetings and training sessions
- Stay current on medical guidelines and competitive landscape
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards
- Respond to provider inquiries about product use and access
- Support patient access programs and reimbursement services
- Monitor inventory and distribution within key accounts
- Deliver presentations at healthcare facilities and group meetings
- Coordinate with medical affairs for scientific exchange needs
- Participate in local conferences and professional events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease state management
- Follow company protocols for sample distribution
- Report field insights to inform marketing and strategy teams
