Responsibilities
- Create and implement detailed test plans and test cases for financial software applications.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to verify application reliability and performance.
- Develop test scenarios and cases based on design and requirement documentation, particularly for iOS and Android mobile apps.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support the delivery of robust software solutions.
- Validate critical user flows and maintain comprehensive QA documentation such as test plans and reports.
- Apply various testing techniques including black box, UI, regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Carry out periodic User Acceptance Testing to maintain a low defect environment.
- Detect, log, and monitor software issues using Jira for effective tracking.
- Support the creation and enhancement of test automation frameworks when needed.
- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate quality practices across the development lifecycle.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum rituals such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align with team goals.
