Take ownership of quality for a global digital ecosystem serving millions of travelers. In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and integrity of web and mobile platforms, including websites, mobile apps, booking systems, and integrated third-party services. Your work will directly impact how users interact with digital services across multiple regions and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies for user stories and features within Agile sprints
- Validate end-to-end user journeys, including booking flows, payments, and loyalty integrations
- Conduct regression, smoke, and production validity testing ahead of monthly releases
- Verify mobile app performance across iOS, Android, and China-specific builds on various devices and OS versions
- Ensure consistent behavior across desktop, mobile web, and native applications
- Perform security testing to detect vulnerabilities such as code injection, data exposure, and unauthorized access
- Test integration points with payment processors, analytics platforms, and customer loyalty systems
- Support API, load, and performance testing using Postman and other tools
- Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium and Robot Framework
- Identify opportunities to expand automated regression coverage
- Document test cases and refine QA processes in collaboration with global team members
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives across time zones
- Provide testing estimates and risk insights during project planning
- Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer with external QA resources
- Promote scalable and repeatable QA practices across the digital organization
Technology Environment
Work with established testing tools including Selenium, Robot Framework, and Postman to validate both frontend and backend components of a distributed digital platform.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in Bangkok, with daily collaboration across distributed teams in Brisbane, Madrid, and other global locations. The role requires coordination across time zones and a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
