We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integrated communication platforms across the organization. In this role, you’ll build robust solutions using Jira, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, Zoom, and automation tools like Workato and n8n, ensuring seamless workflows and reliable system performance.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy cross-platform collaboration systems that improve user experience and support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain integrations using automation platforms to connect disparate systems and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to identify communication challenges and deliver scalable, well-architected solutions.
- Lead architectural improvements by addressing technical debt and enhancing system maintainability.
- Take ownership of service reliability—troubleshooting complex issues and driving operational excellence.
- Document and share technical insights through clear writing, presentations, and peer engagement.
- Support team development by mentoring engineers, contributing to hiring, and fostering a culture of learning.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in systems architecture and solution design, with a full lifecycle understanding of platform management.
- Proven expertise in configuring and optimizing collaboration platforms such as Atlassian, Slack, or Google Workspace at scale.
- Hands-on experience with automation and integration tools like Workato or n8n to connect systems efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a history of delivering technical projects that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical audiences and build cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic planning.
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and development concepts to build custom integrations and assess technical trade-offs.
- A growth mindset, with initiative to learn and share knowledge across teams.
