This role is central to ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees across international locations. You’ll provide responsive on-site and remote support, diagnosing and resolving issues on Windows and Apple devices, operating systems, and key SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Okta.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new hires weekly by setting up devices, provisioning accounts, and guiding them through initial system access
- Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and network issues with a focus on rapid resolution and minimal downtime
- Manage audiovisual systems in meeting spaces and event venues, ensuring reliable performance for internal and external communications
- Document solutions clearly and maintain up-to-date knowledge resources accessible to both technical and non-technical users
- Administer user access and configurations in cloud platforms, ensuring security and efficiency
- Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with global IT teams to refine support processes and share insights from frontline experience
- Perform physical setup and reconfiguration of IT equipment, including monitors, workstations, and server components
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-growth environment, balancing urgent requests with long-term improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting macOS and Windows environments in enterprise settings
- Strong familiarity with networking fundamentals such as DNS, Wi-Fi configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, verbally and in writing
- Background in managing SaaS applications including Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and identity providers like Okta
- Experience working across time zones and cultures, with sensitivity to language and communication differences
- Customer-first mindset, with a focus on empathy, reliability, and service excellence
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours events or system upgrades as needed
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without rigid hierarchies
