The IT Support Engineer is responsible for enabling productivity across the organization by delivering reliable, secure technical support. In this role, you'll guide new employees through onboarding, set up and retire devices, and manage access to critical systems. You'll provide hands-on assistance with day-to-day technology needs, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and collaboration tools like Zoom Rooms and room scheduling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee lifecycle processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning hardware, software, and account access
- Deliver responsive IT support to users across global locations using remote and in-person methods
- Manage office technology infrastructure, ensuring audiovisual systems, printers, and meeting spaces function reliably
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and oversee inventory tracking
- Monitor and respond to service tickets using Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution
- Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for internal teams and end users
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate IT support role
- Proven experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Solid understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mobile device management platforms such as Jamf and Intune
- Experience supporting Zoom Rooms and using the Zoom admin console
- Ability to support distributed teams using collaboration tools
- Strong commitment to security, compliance, and data protection principles
- Required to work in person five days per week at the Kings Cross office
