Join a global IT operations team as an IT Support Engineer, based in the Warsaw office. You'll play a key role in maintaining seamless technology access for employees across international sites, delivering responsive support that keeps teams productive and secure.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver prompt onsite assistance in Warsaw and provide reliable remote support to colleagues in Europe and Asia using collaboration and remote access tools.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and office peripherals.
- Guide users on IT systems, security practices, and software tools, helping them work more effectively and safely.
- Develop clear documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base entries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware—from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Prepare devices for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and enhance office IT infrastructure such as printers, telephony, meeting room systems, digital displays, and network access points.
- Perform basic network cabling and ensure physical setups follow technical best practices.
- Support local and remote network environments, including Wi-Fi, routers, and switches, and assist in diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Work with central IT to roll out improvements, enforce standards, and maintain consistency across locations.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and group memberships across platforms like Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
- Enforce security policies such as multi-factor authentication, password compliance, and access provisioning.
- Keep technical records accurate and current, covering configurations, devices, and procedures.
- Help shape internal best practices for IT operations, security, and device management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase automation, and improve support processes.
- Coordinate with engineering, security, and operations teams to align on technical and security standards.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues, managing expectations and prioritizing tasks by impact.
- Occasionally travel to international offices for setup, audits, or on-site support.
