Our team is building autonomous factories to transform aerospace and defense manufacturing through integrated robotics, software, and full-stack production. As Network Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the network systems that power our expanding operations, including new physical sites and cloud platforms.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure for new facilities and site expansions
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and SD-WAN solutions
- Implement and support VPN technologies, including GlobalProtect and site-to-site tunnels
- Design and maintain cloud networking environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Support networking for Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
- Install, rack, and cable network hardware in data centers and technical spaces
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, routing, DNS, and performance issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud networks
- Coordinate with ISPs and telecom providers for circuit setup and redundancy planning
- Work with low-voltage vendors on cabling, fiber, and infrastructure installation
- Support facility systems including security cameras, access control, and corporate Wi-Fi
- Maintain network documentation, monitoring, and operational runbooks
- Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled after-hours maintenance
What We Need
- 5+ years in network administration or infrastructure engineering
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
- Hands-on experience with VPN technologies and multi-site enterprise networks
- Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Proven troubleshooting skills in complex environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in technical spaces
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for site deployments
- Availability for on-call duties and occasional weekend work
Nice to Have
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls or Juniper networking hardware
- Knowledge of AWS networking services like VPC, Direct Connect, or VPN Gateway
- Background supporting Kubernetes networking (CNI, ingress, service mesh)
- Experience managing ISP relationships or structured cabling vendors
- Exposure to facility-based IoT systems like cameras or access control
