In this role, you'll define how retailers deploy and scale omni-channel media solutions, from digital displays to smart shopping carts, ensuring both advertisers and retail partners achieve measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute strategic plans that empower retailers to grow their media businesses across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Manage the full lifecycle of retail media initiatives, from pipeline development and forecasting to performance analysis and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with product, advertising, operations, and business development teams to expand media capabilities within diverse retail environments.
- Use data to uncover performance insights, refine campaign effectiveness, and build repeatable models for growth.
- Monitor emerging trends in retail technology and in-store media networks to keep solutions ahead of market shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in omni-channel retail media, advertising technology, or a related strategy field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of interpreting data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work across technical and business teams.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and experience building programs from the ground up.
Preferred Background
- Experience in tech or strategic roles focused on retail media, particularly across both online and in-store advertising formats.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay for this role in Canada is between $153,000 and $161,500 CAD, with eligibility for equity grants and annual refreshes. The total compensation package is designed to be competitive within the market.
Work Environment
This role follows a Flex First approach—choose to work from home, an office, or another productive setting. Regular in-person gatherings support team connection and collaboration across Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
