As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient software across the full stack. Your work will directly impact system stability, performance, and maintainability in a distributed engineering environment. You'll take ownership of architectural decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices
- Identify and resolve root causes of system issues to improve reliability

Qualifications
You bring at least six years of experience developing with modern web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, or comparable platforms. Strong familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or TypeScript is essential. You communicate clearly, work effectively in remote settings, and can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native; a degree in Computer Science or related field; infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform; and data stack components including Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt. Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is location-adjusted, with final level and pay determined during the interview process based on experience, scope of role, and work location. The salary range for Level 4 is $75,000–$95,000 USD; for Level 5, $90,000–$110,000 USD.
