Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated software and connectivity problems that fall outside standard procedures
- Analyze and resolve intricate customer issues in coordination with advanced engineering, research teams, and product specialists
- Offer high-level technical assistance through telephone, email, and online platforms
- Manage and support trial license distribution and setup for external partners and clients
- Conduct technical training sessions for partners, clients, and internal staff, both remotely and in person
- Assist in refining workflows, creating documentation, and expanding internal knowledge resources
- Engage in continuous improvement programs and share proven methodologies across teams
- Support team-level technical reporting and monitor key performance indicators
- Function as a go-to technical authority for software and connectivity matters within the electrical product lineup
