Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide new products from concept to market, advancing through structured stage-gate processes.
  • Partner with product management, manufacturing, and testing teams to introduce new air conditioning, heat exchanger, and filter fan solutions.
  • Conduct research and development for vapor-compression refrigeration systems.
  • Use simulation and analysis tools such as EES, VapCyc, and CoilDesigner to verify designs, validate specifications, and forecast performance.
  • Work alongside R&D laboratory and safety certification teams to execute testing and achieve compliance with UL standards.
  • Define requirements for externally sourced components and collaborate with procurement specialists to identify suitable suppliers.
