Role Overview
This position is for an experienced engineer specializing in Silicon Power MOSFET technology. You will play a key technical role in simulation, product evaluation, and customer engagement to support the development and enhancement of power semiconductor solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform circuit-level Spice simulations and analyze waveforms using tools such as PSpice, LTSpice, or Simetrix.
- Conduct power loss and thermal performance estimations using PLECS and Excel-based models.
- Design and implement test setups for characterizing MOSFET devices and conduct lab-based device evaluations.
- Develop technical documentation such as application notes, engineering papers, and presentation materials for customer use.
- Collaborate with customers, marketing, and product management to shape future product features and define roadmap priorities.
- Drive innovation by proposing product improvements and conceptualizing new system-level solutions.
- Respond to technical questions from current and potential customers with accurate analysis, documentation, and timely follow-up.
Technical Environment
Work involves regular use of simulation and analysis platforms including PSpice, LTSpice, Simetrix, PLECS, and Excel for modeling and validation tasks.
Work Location
This is a local position based in Taiwan, requiring on-site presence for lab activities, team collaboration, and customer engagements.
