Lead and shape the future of power management technology in India as the Senior Manager, System & Application. This role is central to defining next-generation semiconductor products that meet evolving local market demands. You will work at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and customer engagement to ensure technical excellence aligns with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify emerging opportunities in the power management space and collaborate with marketing, sales, and business leadership to develop strategies that drive design wins
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and field teams, including circuit analysis, debugging, and failure investigation
- Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and contribute to long-term roadmap planning
- Develop comprehensive product specifications, balancing technical feasibility, market demands, and business objectives
- Lead validation planning and silicon evaluation efforts, ensuring robust performance across real-world use cases
- Support prototyping using FPGA platforms and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design gaps
- Produce competitive analyses that highlight technical advantages of Renesas solutions
- Train internal and external stakeholders on complex technical concepts, adapting communication style to audience expertise
- Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with business growth objectives
Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years in power management or semiconductor product development, with experience in product definition and customer-facing technical roles
- Strong foundation in electronics engineering, with hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, and lab validation
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as SIMPLIS, control loop analysis, and FEA for thermal and magnetic modeling
- Practical knowledge of lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, with experience automating test procedures
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as AEC-Q, ISO 26262 (FuSa), and IATF
- Programming skills in C and Python for data analysis and test automation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments requiring independent judgment and ownership
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field

This position operates in a hybrid model, with designated in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday to support collaboration and innovation.
