Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, report, and track software defects using issue management tools
- Design and execute test plans for new and existing features
- Improve test coverage across frontend and backend components
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring quality issues
- Support release validation with automated and manual testing methods
- Optimize test execution speed and reliability
- Work closely with product and engineering to clarify requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across environments
- Monitor production behavior to detect regression risks
- Contribute to documentation of test strategies and results
- Evaluate and recommend testing tools and frameworks
- Mentor junior team members in QA best practices
- Participate in code reviews for test-related changes
- Maintain test environments and data configurations
- Implement end-to-end testing scenarios for complex workflows
- Analyze test results to provide actionable feedback
