Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration delivery
- Define success metrics and track performance of partnership initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Develop joint roadmaps to align product development timelines
- Analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product integrations
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure legal and compliance alignment for all technical collaborations
- Maintain documentation for partnership processes and workflows
- Drive alignment on technical specifications and API requirements
- Resolve escalation issues between partner and internal engineering teams
- Present partnership updates to senior leadership
- Optimize onboarding processes for new integrations
- Support business development efforts with technical partnership insights
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements
- Facilitate regular syncs with partner stakeholders
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are met in integrations
- Contribute to product strategy based on partner ecosystem feedback
