Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience focused on validation and verification of hardware, software, or integrated systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficient in operating test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
- Experienced with Linux environments, including command-line usage, shell scripting, debugging tools, and file system management.
- Comfortable using programming languages such as Python or Matlab for data processing, analysis, and automated testing.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Willingness to travel and work at remote locations for testing, system integration, commissioning, and training activities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Current and sustained eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Nice to Have
- Experience with wireless communication standards and associated testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of military specifications and spectrum regulation compliance testing.
