Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-ROI product quality and company process changes.
- Perform continuous release quality validation testing.
- Balance daily issue management with larger strategic quality improvements.
- Oversee and adjust QA metrics for continuous improvement.
- Champion valuable automated testing tools and strategies.
- Align QA resources with top company priorities, managing and coordinating with contractors for additional testing needs.
- Instill a strong quality culture within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Prior leadership in QA, ideally in startups.
- Strategic thinking with actionable execution.
- Effective collaboration and influencing skills.
- Mastery of manual and automated testing methods.
- Expertise in risk-based testing approaches.
