We are seeking a curious and motivated Product Manager to contribute to the development of our digital and AI-enabled solutions in the transportation and logistics space, working closely with engineering and business teams in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Play an active role within a cross-functional product and engineering team, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Support continuous, iterative software development by refining user stories, clarifying requirements, and ensuring readiness for development
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into incremental, testable product features
- Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to maintain steady delivery flow
- Help identify improvements and optimizations through ongoing feedback, usage insights, and team discussions
- Assist in testing, validating, and iterating on features to ensure quality and alignment with user needs
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support transparency and team efficiency
- Stay engaged with emerging technologies, especially AI, and support their practical application within the product
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or professional services (e.g., consulting, implementation, or customer-facing delivery roles)
- Solid understanding of product management fundamentals (user stories, backlog management, Agile processes, iterative delivery)
- Experience working with SaaS products or digital platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Work in a Hybrid mode with team across Europe and Lebanon
Nice to Have
- Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or supply chain domains
- Exposure to AI-related concepts, tools, or products (e.g., automation, data-driven features, copilots)
- Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
- Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., demos, workshops, requirement gathering)
- International or cross-cultural work experience
- Physical presence in Beirut is of advantage
