As a Product Manager for NoSQL Databases, you will lead the strategy and development of managed database services including Redis and MongoDB within a European-focused cloud infrastructure provider. Your role is central to defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of reliable, high-performance data solutions.
What You'll Do
- Establish and communicate the strategic direction for NoSQL database offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize development tasks based on user value and technical feasibility.
- Work alongside engineering to guide implementation and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Collect insights from customers and stakeholders to refine product features and requirements.
- Track performance metrics and usage patterns to inform iterative improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments in cloud and NoSQL technologies.
- Partner with marketing and sales to align go-to-market initiatives with product capabilities.
What We're Looking For

Work Environment
