As Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll define the technical vision for AI-driven messaging, routing, and agent assistance, ensuring systems are built for scale, speed, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate a forward-looking product strategy for Conversational AI, aligned with long-term business and technical objectives.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives using customer insights, market trends, and performance data, with focus on message handling, intelligent routing, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to deliver robust, high-availability platform capabilities.
- Drive research into emerging advancements in large language models, NLP, and real-time AI to guide platform innovation.
- Define and track KPIs such as resolution accuracy, latency, and routing efficiency to measure and improve system performance.
- Translate feedback from enterprise clients and partners into technical requirements and product enhancements.
- Support go-to-market efforts with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure broad adoption and measurable business impact.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with a proven record in SaaS or platform products.
- Strong technical fluency in Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, dialog systems, and distributed infrastructure.
- Experience making data-driven decisions and leading product execution in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for solving complex technical challenges in AI.
Preferred Background
- An MBA is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms in enterprise settings is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI performance metrics such as accuracy, latency, and resolution rate is beneficial.

Compensation
Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 USD. Includes participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program, 4% employer match on 401(k), and access to pre-tax health and savings plans.
