As the Senior Product Manager for AI & Game-Based Learning, you will drive the vision and execution of self-guided educational experiences tailored for children aged 4–12. Your focus will be on transforming independent learning into an immersive, adaptive journey using artificial intelligence and gamification—designed to keep young learners engaged outside of live instruction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a dedicated team of designers and developers, supported by analytics and research, to build and scale AI-driven learning tools
- Develop and evolve features like the Pandy AI Tutor, offering continuous, low-pressure speaking practice that adapts to each student’s proficiency level
- Define the long-term roadmap for gamified learning worlds, incorporating LLM-powered mini-games that reinforce core language concepts
- Design intelligent learning paths that adjust in real time based on performance data from both live classes and solo activities
- Collaborate with engineering to improve speech recognition and AI interaction models, maximizing student speaking time and engagement
- Create a compelling 'Economy of Fun'—balancing avatars, rewards, and progression systems to compete with popular children’s apps
- Partner with curriculum experts, designers, and educators to turn behavioral insights into effective, enjoyable learning experiences
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of product management experience, with direct work on AI-driven features such as conversational agents, adaptive algorithms, or prompt engineering
- Proven background in mobile gaming or gamified EdTech platforms, with deep knowledge of retention mechanics and reward design
- Experience building digital products for young children that are intuitive, safe, and fully independent of parental help
- Skill in using data tools to track incidental learning and measure engagement through game completion and interaction patterns
- Agile leadership experience—managing sprints, refining backlogs, and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality prototypes at scale
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and strong communication habits for remote collaboration
- Comfort working in a fully distributed environment, using tools like JIRA and Slack to stay aligned across time zones
