Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a forward-looking product vision aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Guide the full product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—with a focus on delivering continuous customer value.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and monitor competitive dynamics to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Translate customer insights and data into actionable product improvements and feature development.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
- Establish performance benchmarks and leverage analytics to guide iterative enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and planning sessions to accelerate product development cycles.
- Apply technical understanding to evaluate system capabilities, particularly around APIs and real-time data flows.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years in product management with direct experience in trading platforms, matching engines, or related financial infrastructure.
- Strong foundation in FinTech, blockchain, payments, or capital markets, with a grasp of technical and regulatory challenges.
- Proven ability to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Comfortable engaging with engineers on technical topics, including API integrations and data architecture.
- Skilled in using Jira for workflow management and SQL for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience designing or integrating trading APIs using REST, WebSocket, FIX, or gRPC protocols.
- Familiarity with order routing, market data systems, or cross-border settlement workflows.
- Exposure to startup environments where agility and ownership are essential.
