Nvolve is looking for a Product Lead (PL & Baltics) to take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for the Poland and Baltics region. You will be responsible for driving product initiatives that align with our strategic goals and meet the needs of our local users.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the regional product strategy and vision for Poland and the Baltics.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and iteration.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive data to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure successful execution.
- Establish key performance indicators and track the success of product initiatives.
