Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product strategy to deliver clear, differentiated value in competitive tax and accounting markets
- Develop and maintain a focused roadmap that balances innovation, customer impact, and business priorities
- Conduct market and user research to uncover insights that guide product direction and feature development
- Translate customer insights into actionable requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product delivery, from concept to launch
- Use data, analytics, and feedback to measure performance and guide iterative improvements
- Advocate for intuitive, reliable user experiences across integrated product environments
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to support effective go-to-market strategies

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience managing B2B SaaS products, preferably in tax, accounting, or financial technology. You should bring strategic depth, a customer-first mindset, and fluency in agile product development.
- Proven track record in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong grasp of SaaS lifecycle, pricing models, and regulatory considerations in financial domains
- Experience translating market insights into product decisions using data and research
- Ability to influence and align teams across engineering, design, and commercial functions
- Familiarity with audit automation, digital workflows, or AI-enhanced financial tools is a plus
