Lendbuzz logo is hiring a Market Development Manager - Nevada

About the Role

As the Market Development Manager for Nevada, you will shape the growth and performance of a regional sales team focused on expanding automotive lending partnerships. Your leadership will directly influence market penetration, team productivity, and long-term dealer relationships across the territory.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a strategic plan to grow presence in key sub-markets by identifying high-potential dealerships and building scalable partnership channels.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Dealership Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and client-first service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier dealership partners, delivering consultative support and ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrate best practices in the field by modeling effective sales behaviors and ensuring team adherence to performance targets.
  • Translate real-time market intelligence into actionable insights for leadership, influencing product positioning and regional strategy.
  • Partner with underwriting, credit, and internal sales teams to maintain a seamless and consistent experience for dealership partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect sales, or dealer partnership roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing or managing a field sales team, whether formally or informally.
  • Proven success in expanding market reach and increasing contract production in a competitive environment.
  • Established relationships with dealerships and credibility in the Nevada automotive market.
  • Field-based leadership approach—you lead by example, on the ground, not from an office.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset in every interaction.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to interpret sales data, spot trends, and turn insights into tactical actions.
  • Willingness to maintain a six-day work week and conduct frequent in-person visits across the region.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; regular regional travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped monthly commission and a performance-driven bonus structure.
  • Monthly travel stipend and company-issued laptop to support field operations.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage available starting the first of the month after onboarding.
  • 401(k) matching program.
  • Unlimited paid time off—empowering you to manage your schedule and maintain balance.
