About the Role

Shape the future of marketing in a fast-moving B2B software environment focused on global telecom innovation. As Marketing Director, you'll define and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive brand visibility, and support international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies tailored to international telecom markets
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics that inform campaign design and product direction
  • Manage relationships with industry analysts through briefings, report contributions, and outreach to strengthen market credibility
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect technical capabilities and customer priorities
  • Design and run targeted account-based marketing programs using personalized content to engage high-value clients
  • Lead participation in global tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events—from concept to execution, including booth planning and lead follow-up
  • Produce marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, webinars, and digital content to support demand generation
  • Oversee digital presence including websites, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and campaign performance optimization
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using data analytics, track ROI, and report insights to leadership
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, forecasting, and financial planning for the department
  • Guide brand strategy to maintain a modern, consistent identity across all touchpoints
  • Support regional adaptations, partner marketing, and customer advocacy programs as needed
  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Minimum of five years in product marketing, ideally within B2B software or telecom sectors
  • Proven leadership experience in strategic marketing roles with exposure to global markets
  • Track record in account-based marketing, analyst relations, and product positioning
  • Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for diverse audiences
  • Experience managing international events and cross-functional projects
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 30% for industry events and client engagements

Work Environment

This role supports a globally distributed organization with flexibility built into operations. Occasional international travel is expected for events and customer meetings.
