Lead the commercial direction for Mexico by defining and executing a comprehensive regional strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. You will own the full commercial lifecycle—from new business acquisition to partner retention and expansion—ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales frameworks tailored to the Mexican market. Use data-driven insights to refine commercial approaches, prioritize growth opportunities, and inform product development through direct partner feedback.
Operational Excellence
- Optimize end-to-end sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with commercial governance while improving efficiency and partner experience
- Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to deliver accurate reporting and performance tracking
Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team. Build structured training programs, individual development plans, and enablement resources that align with both personal growth and business goals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive execution across functions. Serve as a key commercial voice in strategic discussions, influencing decisions that impact revenue and scalability.
Requirements
You bring proven experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketplace environments, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in SMB segments. You are analytically rigorous, partner-focused, and capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Strong communication skills and experience managing high-growth teams in fast-moving environments are essential.
