As Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will drive localized marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads in the cybersecurity domain. Your responsibilities will center on planning and executing regional events, from initial branding to post-event follow-up, ensuring each initiative contributes to broader inbound marketing goals.
Campaign & Lead Development
You will design and manage targeted marketing campaigns, including surveys and white papers tailored to the DACH market. These assets will serve both customer engagement and external positioning. In coordination with headquarters, you’ll launch and optimize digital advertising on LinkedIn and Google Ads, with a clear focus on lead acquisition.
Data & Performance Management
A key part of your role is maintaining high standards in customer data quality. You’ll define KPIs, implement enrichment strategies, and deliver reports that support data-driven decisions. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or MS Dynamics is essential for success in this aspect.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Citizenship in a NATO member state or Austria
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly inbound strategies
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and consulting
- Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills
- Experience with email marketing tools and digital ad platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-moving environment
