We are looking for a part-time, remote software engineer with strong full-stack capabilities to lead AI-driven development for a healthcare-focused application. In this role, you will design and maintain a Nurse Dashboard using modern frontend technologies like React or Next.js, ensuring a clean, responsive interface that supports clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend components for the Nurse Dashboard using Next.js or React
- Design and implement logic for conversational voice agents using platforms such as Vapi or Retell
- Write and maintain backend services in Python to power voice-based workflows and system integrations
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor to improve development speed and code quality
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver functional solutions
- Ensure all user-facing features meet high standards for performance, security, and reliability
Qualifications
You should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with demonstrated proficiency in React or Next.js and solid experience working in Python. You must be able to commit to consistent part-time hours and work fully remotely.
Experience with conversational AI, LLM agent development, or voice-based platforms is beneficial. We value independent thinkers who are comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow and who can move quickly with minimal supervision.
