We are developing enterprise-grade applications powered by artificial intelligence for the financial industry, and we're looking for a full-stack software engineer to lead technical execution. In this role, you'll take ownership of entire development cycles—from initial design through deployment and iteration—building robust systems that meet complex business needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of new products, translating user requirements into functional, high-performing applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to define solutions that solve real-world challenges
- Partner with research teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into production environments
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces using modern web technologies
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience in product-focused technology environments
- Strong command of TypeScript and React for frontend development
- Experience with backend programming in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or similar, along with distributed systems architecture
- Familiarity with relational databases including Postgres or MySQL
- A deep commitment to system reliability, safety, and performance at scale
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup, having shipped a product from the ground up
- Passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, even without direct technical experience in the field
