Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, spatial layouts, and detailed interior plans for residential, commercial, or institutional spaces.
- Produce high-fidelity 3D renderings, visualizations, and animated walkthroughs using Autodesk 3Ds Max.
- Engage with clients to understand design goals, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements.
- Assemble mood boards, select materials and finishes, and present design proposals effectively.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are practical, budget-conscious, and compliant with construction standards.
- Keep current with evolving design trends, sustainable materials, and advancements in 3D visualization technology.
- Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
