As a Workplace Strategist, you’ll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to assess how space, culture, and business objectives intersect. Your insights will guide decisions around workplace design, organizational change, and real estate planning for clients ranging from local startups to global enterprises.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support client engagements by designing interactive sessions—both virtual and in-person—for teams of varying sizes, fostering collaboration and idea generation.
- Conduct research and analyze data to uncover patterns in how people work, then translate those findings into strategic recommendations.
- Develop compelling presentations, reports, and visual narratives that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate on strategy projects that span workplace innovation, organizational development, and portfolio optimization.
- Help build new service offerings by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in workplace experience and performance.
What We’re Looking For
You bring a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. With a background in design, business, or organizational strategy, you’re comfortable interpreting data and facilitating discussions that lead to meaningful change.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, business, organization development, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in design strategy, management consulting, real estate services, or a similar domain.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital collaboration tools such as Miro and Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling through data and design.
- A genuine commitment to sustainability and its integration into workplace environments.
Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus, as is familiarity with survey analysis tools.
