Cove is hiring an Architectural Technologist

About the Role

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a central role in transforming early-stage design concepts into fully coordinated, construction-ready Revit models. Working within a fast-moving design team, you'll ensure technical accuracy and consistency across thousands of residential units, focusing on interior fit-outs that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards in Singapore and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed LOD 300/400 Revit models from 2D sketches and conceptual layouts, incorporating MEP coordination and custom joinery components.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and generative design platforms to accelerate space planning, feasibility analysis, and property test-fits.
  • Produce comprehensive drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Manage and evolve a centralized BIM component library to maintain design integrity and brand alignment across all projects.
  • Generate rapid 3D visualizations and rendered outputs using AI-enhanced workflows to support early-stage decision-making.
  • Conduct model validation through clash detection and quality checks in accordance with Singapore BIM standards.
  • Explore and deploy automation solutions using Dynamo scripts or custom tools to streamline documentation and data management.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should bring a solid background in architectural or interior design practice, with a focus on technical delivery. The ideal profile combines hands-on modeling expertise with a curiosity for emerging technologies.

  • Minimum of three years in architecture or interior design, with a focus on technical documentation and construction detailing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, particularly BCA requirements, and experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools such as Veras, TestFit, Hypar, or Midjourney is highly valued.
  • Experience with visual scripting environments like Dynamo or Grasshopper is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role based in Singapore at a heritage-inspired workspace in Pearl’s Hill, blending historic charm with modern innovation. You'll be part of a driven, close-knit team that values authenticity, adaptability, and a shared commitment to redefining urban living. The culture supports continuous learning and creative problem-solving within a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate platform.
