Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage occupancy strategies, including move sequencing and space allocation, tailored to regional business needs
- Analyze space utilization and model future scenarios to improve efficiency and support strategic real estate goals
- Apply interior design principles to negotiate space sharing and reconfigurations between departments
- Create test-fit layouts and block plans using AutoCAD, including accurate square footage calculations
- Act as the main liaison for enterprise clients, handling day-to-day occupancy requests and long-term planning initiatives
- Lead the integration of current operations into modern service delivery models
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on space metrics, headcount data, and occupancy trends
- Ensure data integrity through routine audits and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and Facility Management teams to align planning with organizational standards
- Conduct on-site building assessments to validate space usage, furniture arrangements, and room setups
- Propose innovative design solutions that respond to changing workforce dynamics and workplace trends
- Stay current with evolving methodologies in space planning and advocate for forward-thinking design practices
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field is required. You bring at least eight years of experience in occupancy planning, facility management, or a similar role, with a strong foundation in interior design and corporate workspace planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, occupancy planning platforms such as OpenSpace, and advanced Excel functions—including pivot tables and complex formulas—is essential. Familiarity with space measurement standards (BOMA, IFMA, RICS) and experience managing enterprise-level real estate portfolios are critical.
You excel at turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and can communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions. Your approach is collaborative, client-focused, and forward-thinking, with a commitment to balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.

- Portfolio of corporate workspace transformation projects
- Experience with workplace strategy and space optimization frameworks
- Certifications such as NCIDQ, FMP, or CFM
- Active involvement in professional organizations like IFMA, IIDA, or CoreNet Global

- Track record supporting large-scale change programs and executive decision-making in complex environments
