As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping visual narratives that resonate across markets. Working remotely from Indonesia, you'll develop impactful graphics for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, and web platforms—both static and animated—designed to capture attention and support business growth across Southeast Asia.
What You’ll Do
- Create visually strong assets for performance-driven campaigns across digital channels
- Turn creative direction into clear, effective visuals that communicate value and drive action
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to explore concepts and accelerate production
- Work closely with content, video, product, and marketing teams in a remote setup
- Refine designs based on performance insights and team feedback
- Ensure all visuals reflect a consistent, bold brand language across touchpoints
- Support product launches and growth projects with strategic visual solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic or motion design, or related creative roles
- A portfolio that demonstrates clarity, storytelling, and strong execution
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI in design workflows, whether for ideation or asset creation
- Solid grasp of composition, layout, and visual branding
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and meet fast-moving deadlines
Preferred Experience
- Creating short-form ads or commercial content that converts
- Working in startups, tech, or performance marketing environments
- Basic sound editing or simple visual effects skills
- Experience with design systems, templates, or brand asset libraries
