Shape the effectiveness of a global sales force by designing training programs that shorten ramp time and sharpen selling precision. In this role, you’ll transform deep technical capabilities—like distributed SQL, high availability, and temporal data handling—into clear, persuasive value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers.
What You’ll Do
- Build onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire productivity using data-driven insights and modern learning platforms.
- Develop competitive battlecards focused on displacing major vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and AWS Aurora.
- Turn complex product documentation into concise, executive-ready messaging that sales teams can deploy confidently.
- Collaborate with sales and technical leaders to identify skill gaps through CRM analysis and lead targeted improvement workshops.
- Advocate for the sales team within product and marketing forums, ensuring roadmaps reflect real-world customer challenges.
- Maximize the impact of tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Congism, and Clari to streamline workflows and improve win rates.
- Deliver scalable training through digital platforms, tracking engagement, completion, and certification to measure success.
Who You Are
You have 3–5 years in sales enablement, training, or high-velocity SaaS sales. You understand how database, analytics, and open source software sell in the enterprise. You speak fluently to both technical teams and revenue leaders, and you’re skilled at turning technical depth into business impact.
Proficiency with CRM systems—especially reporting and workflow design—is essential. So is the ability to present clearly and confidently, whether live or virtual. You’ve taken technical specs and built compelling 3-slide pitches that win meetings. You know the daily pressures of quota-carrying roles and design programs that meet sellers where they are.
