Pacetel is seeking a Freelance Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to join our Digital & Growth Team. Your mission is to elevate our digital platforms by bringing clarity, usability, and delight to complex user journeys, from first-time visitors to existing customers.
What You'll Do
- Create and optimize UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages, product pages, digital self-service flows, and user/product portals.
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts.
- Improve existing digital experiences with a focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing, development, and other stakeholders.
- Support UX research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
- Ensure a consistent and brand-aligned digital experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Refine and extend current design systems and implement them consistently.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions.
- Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments.
- Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup.

- Experience preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
