Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to shape the look and feel of our digital products. In this role, you’ll bridge user needs with product functionality by designing clear, accessible, and aesthetically thoughtful experiences that enhance how people interact with our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define project goals and user requirements
- Perform user research to build personas and map customer journey pathways
- Design intuitive interface layouts grounded in usability standards and user expectations
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design direction
- Apply principles of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to enhance interface appeal
- Run usability tests and analyze feedback to refine and optimize designs
- Work alongside development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Keep current with evolving design trends, tools, and accessibility standards
- Champion user-centered thinking in cross-functional discussions and design reviews
