As a CX/UX Designer, you will shape digital experiences for professional audiences who rely on accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in high-stakes environments. Working within a cross-functional UK-based UX team, you'll design user flows, wireframes, and interactive models that simplify complexity without sacrificing compliance or functionality.
What You’ll Do
- Develop end-to-end interaction models and detailed prototypes that clarify how users navigate data-rich workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to align design with technical feasibility, business goals, and regulatory demands.
- Conduct and support usability testing with experienced users, then refine designs based on observed behavior and feedback.
- Produce design deliverables at appropriate fidelity for development, ensuring smooth handoff and implementation.
- Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, maintaining consistency across products while adapting patterns to new challenges.
- Communicate design rationale clearly, using research insights, usability principles, and data to support decisions.
- Iterate designs in response to changing priorities, technical constraints, and user input.
- Stay current with enterprise UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging practices, integrating them where they add real value.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, documentation, and prototyping, while helping guide ethical and practical applications of AI in product features.
