What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, starting from concept and evolving through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs. Use Figma to build responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes. Partner with product managers and developers to align design solutions with user needs and technical feasibility.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, then refine designs based on real feedback. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Advocate for accessibility and usability throughout the design process, applying best practices to improve user journeys.
Requirements
- Proven track record in UX/UI design with a portfolio highlighting mobile and web projects
- Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design system management
- Firm grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and core UX principles
- Experience running user research sessions and usability tests
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, and Slack
- Strong communication abilities to present and justify design decisions clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React to support collaboration with development teams
- Ability to design micro-interactions or motion elements that enhance user engagement
