This role is for a UI/UX Designer who thrives in shaping digital products through user-centered design. You will guide the full design lifecycle, starting with research to understand user behaviors and pain points, then translating insights into clear, functional experiences. Your work will span wireframing, interactive prototyping, and polished interface design for web applications, mobile platforms, and marketing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams to map key interactions
- Design responsive, accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy and typography
- Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate user flows
- Create and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing outcomes
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual fundamentals
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or CRO is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS, dashboards, or mobile app design
- Basic knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) and accessibility (WCAG)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, and Mexico. You’ll need flexibility to align with US time zones as required by client needs. You’ll collaborate with international teams, receive mentorship from global professionals, and have access to ongoing learning resources. Full-time roles in the Philippines include HMO coverage after three months.
