Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and coordinate pre-installation planning to support efficient system deployment.
- Independently schedule and manage routine and emergency service appointments to maintain optimal system performance and meet uptime commitments.
- Determine the necessity and timing of follow-up visits to maximize equipment reliability.
- Apply independent judgment to assess and restore functionality of medical devices through troubleshooting and repair.
- Assess technical training requirements in clinical environments and deliver appropriate instruction or support as needed.
- Oversee all administrative tasks including spare parts inventory, return authorizations, equipment calibration records, training documentation, maintenance scheduling, contract billing, system configurations, and call escalation data management.

- Must be able to travel up to 50%, based on regional account distribution.
