About the Role

As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the evolution of creative thinking in a world powered by artificial intelligence. Working closely with enterprise clients, you'll interpret advanced data insights and translate them into actionable creative strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide major brands by shaping creative direction grounded in performance data and AI-generated intelligence
  • Embed directly within client teams to improve decision-making and drive adoption of innovative workflows
  • Turn complex pattern recognition and platform outputs into clear, strategic narratives that inform campaigns
  • Help redefine how creative strategy functions in an AI-first environment, setting new standards for effectiveness
  • Collaborate with forward-thinking companies in tech, direct-to-consumer, and entertainment to optimize creative at scale

What We’re Looking For

You bring proven experience shaping creative strategy for large-scale brands and have a track record of delivering results through insight-led approaches. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and creativity, with a strong grasp of how AI is transforming content creation, testing, and optimization.

  • Demonstrated success in strategic roles supporting enterprise clients with hands-on engagement
  • Fluency in AI-driven creative tools and analytics platforms, with an understanding of their real-world application
  • Background in performance marketing, growth strategy, or data-informed advertising is highly valued
  • Familiarity with tech, DTC, or entertainment brands provides strong context for success

Technology & Environment
