Work with UNHCR’s Private Sector Partnerships team in Athens to strengthen face-to-face donor engagement efforts. This role supports key fundraising initiatives by maintaining donor records, managing communication workflows, and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle donor follow-ups via phone, email, and mail from face-to-face campaigns
- Organize and maintain the F2F donor segment of the database, ensuring clean and up-to-date records
- Process applications and inquiries from field agents and respond to requests as needed
- Coordinate with external suppliers on material distribution and visibility assets
- Support digital adaptation of F2F processes through database improvements
- Research content and creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Assist in archiving campaign materials and organizing team events
- Carry out administrative tasks related to team operations
Eligibility & Requirements
Open to current students or recent graduates (within two years) from UNESCO-recognized institutions, preferably in international relations, communications, law, or economics. Candidates must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English are required. Applicants should demonstrate organizational ability, attention to detail, and an interest in humanitarian work and private sector collaboration.
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, data entry, and digital/social media platforms is an advantage. The role demands adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
