We are recruiting a Site Reliability / Platform Engineer to elevate the dependability, automation, and scalability of a platform supporting thousands of devices and users. In this role, you will: Enhance platform reliability through sophisticated automation, comprehensive monitoring, and industry-leading incident response methodologies. Construct and maintain robust cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS (Infrastructure as Code, networking, workload optimization). Create internal tooling and platform components that accelerate and secure developer workflows. Guarantee comprehensive availability, performance, observability, and security across all service environments. Optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines and workflow strategies. Partner closely with leadership and engineering teams to architect resilient technological architectures. Profile: Engineering degree or equivalent professional software engineering/infrastructure experience. Minimum 3 years experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles. Exceptional proficiency in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD processes, monitoring techniques, and automation frameworks. Profound comprehension of distributed systems, networking architectures, containerization, and reliability best practices. Background in high-growth technological environments or dynamic startup ecosystems. Superior communication capabilities, bilingual fluency in English and French.
