As a Brand Manager for the Baby Care Category, you will shape and execute long-term brand strategies that drive awareness, loyalty, and sales growth across export markets. Your focus will be on aligning global brand standards with local market dynamics, ensuring consistent messaging and strong consumer connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand strategies that respond to regional consumer needs while supporting global Huggies positioning.
- Define and track KPIs such as market share, brand penetration, and customer loyalty to assess brand health.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, working with research teams to uncover consumer insights that inform messaging, product development, and campaign design.
- Lead product portfolio management, including innovation pipelines, pricing strategies, and packaging evolution.
- Drive successful new product launches using integrated marketing plans across traditional, digital, and social channels.
- Collaborate with communication teams to create compelling 360-degree campaigns and localized content, including influencer partnerships and digital activations.
- Partner with trade marketing to design in-store promotions, shopper strategies, and retailer-specific initiatives that boost visibility and sales.
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, tracking financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure product availability and operational alignment.
