Drive strategic growth for leading brands in the evolving digital commerce landscape. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for tier-one clients, working closely with C-suite stakeholders to shape and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual brand plans, promotional calendars, and supply chain strategies tailored to each client’s goals
- Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing education to maximize performance across marketplaces
- Design and manage new project pipelines in collaboration with internal teams to expand account scope
- Monitor client accounts, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights through business reviews
- Act as the client’s advocate internally, aligning sales, retail, media, and creative teams around shared objectives
- Facilitate client meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain clear documentation of action items and priorities
- Stay current on platform updates, especially Amazon’s evolving tools and programs, and guide clients accordingly
- Identify upsell opportunities and support new business development through consultative engagement
- Contribute to agency-wide knowledge sharing, process improvements, and training initiatives
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields with hands-on platform experience
- Deep familiarity with Amazon’s ecosystem and strong working knowledge of Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and responsiveness
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and executive-level clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, modeling, and client communication
- A growth-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and a focus on long-term client success
