We’re looking for an AI Native Full Stack Engineer to take full ownership of a high-impact AI automation project, guiding it from initial concept to production. You’ll work directly with medical advisors and the CTO to understand real-world needs and rapidly develop solutions that improve data science and machine learning operations in clinical contexts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a critical AI automation initiative from scoping through delivery, defining your own milestones and architecture
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and working prototypes
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and system design while maintaining high standards
- Deliver functional early versions quickly to gather feedback from stakeholders
- Communicate progress proactively and keep momentum without waiting for direction

- Proven ability to work independently—taking a vague challenge and turning it into a shipped product
- Strong experience using AI to generate, review, and optimize code across full-stack environments
- Comfort shaping product decisions with a focus on real-world impact for medical professionals and patients
- Availability during US business hours to support fast feedback cycles and collaborative planning
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in TypeScript
- Background in Python or Java with the ability to adapt across languages as needed
Technology Environment
