What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural planning and system design, making key choices around frameworks, state management, and component structure.
- Act as a technical mentor and reference point for engineering teams, promoting best practices in code quality, accessibility, and scalability.
- Drive code excellence through hands-on reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate business needs into reliable, customer-centric features.
- Solve complex distributed systems challenges and optimize for reliability and growth.
- Integrate AI-native tools into development workflows to accelerate delivery and enhance engineering impact.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical rigor across squads.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience building and maintaining large-scale, customer-facing applications.
- Proven expertise across JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Golang in both frontend and backend environments.
- Deep familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern software design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced development tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, n8n, Make.com, Supabase, Vercel, Netlify, Firecrawl, and others.
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers and improving team-wide technical outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-driven mindset with a willingness to code, debug, and lead by example.
